Je n`parler pas francais

Obviously... so, way to many sleepless hours on a plane later, im sitting in the hotel, typing on the very different keyboard saying:

BONJOUR DE PARIS!

i`m here, after arriving at the crack of dawn (read: 6.05 local time) and driving under the tour eiffel.

im not sure if this will come out in english or not, cquse it keeps converting to francais...

anyways, its freakin cold but beautiful - we watched the sunrise from the cab that took us to our hotel (the hotel one forgot to pick us up!) and had rolls w/ ham and cheese for petit dejeuner. yuuumm. anyway, we got like no sleep after our 20hrs flying, but are still sightseeing today (eiffel tour, musee rodin ((he sculpted )), champs elyees etc) so am drinking serious qmounts of coffee (and...its really good!).

if tess reads this - cause i am lacking in laptop, i planned four chapters, w/ new events by hand, + so,e really cute dee/remus moments!

our hotel is really beutiful, though? and so is paris. the parking is amazing - little rows of it in the middle of the road.

AND this keyboard is freaking ,e out - i'll send a pic? but to get a full stop i have to press shift, but there is a whole key for é, sabs shift.

qnd the stupid Q is where A should be, so if there is q rqndo, Q in the ,iddle of a sentence, just sub.

hows are all your hols?

HAPPY BIRTHDAY CLAUDIA - HAVE A GREAT ONE!

j'adore, Kath. =)

Parlez vous francais?

I'm sitting on the plane, blogging from mum's iPad, which is really weird. After much consideration and going against my instinct, I left my laptop at home. Three weeks sans laptop - it's like rehab!

Anyway, a sketch of what the plan is:
We fly for eight hours, until we land in singapore, where it will be 10pm their time, midnight Sydney time. Argh.

Then, I'm in singapore for not qUite thirty six hours beFore we drag our sleepy buts to the airport again And are on the plane to pppppaaaarrrrriiiisss PARIS for eleven hours. I have no idea what time we get in, Paris OR Sydney, but it'll probably be painful.

Anyway, I'm being told to turn this off, so will write later.

Happy holidays, everyone! And happy birthday to claudia for tomorrow if I can't email.

Love you all. :)
J'adore, kath. Xoxo

In my suitcase...

You'd find absolutely nothing, cause I still haven't packed!

ARGH!

Anyways, it'll probably just be my iPod, laptop and a change of undies, but hey, I'm like that.

The flight is tomorrow at three, so I'm not going to school and get to sleep in. Whoot!

Besides that, does anyone else have dreams of one day just spending a year travelling and doing whatever the hell they want? I want to get my general medical degree, then spend three months in Tanzania, working at a women's and children's clinic, then spend time in Italy, Greece, Spain, France, America, England, South America, Japan, India, Ireland and Vietnam.

Big dreams, I know. Big expensive dreams.

But if you don't have dreams, what have you got? Not a whole lot...
Anywhere you want to go, see, do, meet?
Think about it - set a goal. Maybe we'll get there, together.

duck and cover!

muck up day!
so being at school is hazardous to health:

-vaseline on those twisty locks so you cant open them
-putting plastic handcuff things on lockers so you cant open them
-honey on rails
-double glad wrap on toilets
-covering the bridge between sections w/ gladwrap so you have to scrawl
-silly spray
-drums
-class disruption
-dropping dozens of balloons from the top of the library
-water guns
-'pegging' (attacking w/ pegs) people
-surrounding locker areas w/ gladwrap so you can't get in
- chalk. EVERYWHERE.

and...
-a suspicious number of boxers and y-fronts lying around the school...
no streaking yet, but it's still the morning.

Whoopsidaisy.

Just read the grammar of that last post.

If that was someone else, I'd want to kill them.

Sucks that it was me, then.

english party and chapters of hell.

not really - finishing the first chapter was great, especially considering i think some bits were actually a little funny and it fits with the chapter my other-half of this story did (which is REALLY funny).

I love these characters so much - more than any OCs I've ever done. Maybe because they're not so unbelievable far fetched...

Anyway, because tess & i love this pair so much, we've already the tragic ways in which we are going to end their lives/loves in the sequel. and its AWFUL.

but we've come up with some mental stuff, which I'm already rolling out of my chair laughing, whenever i think about it...

and god, coming up with character songs is so much fun, but oh, so painful. I'll post some of my favs when I work out how (jane! help!)

and the english party was awesome - we just ate food and talked about books and writing and fanfiction, and I talked to some people I wouldn't normally and survived (OMG, i know! social skillz zat killz!)

Life is good (and not, but hey, it's life, at least).

Email, comment and cbox - It makes my life worth living when I hear from you guys.

heya world.

anyways, im really back online this time, although i have big brother looking over my shoulder. I'd rant about it, only i wouldn't want to stir the sleeping dragon...

WAAH! So excited.

Anyways, shoutouts to those going away this holiday - y'all know who you are. Congrats to finishing exams (tomorrow - PD, right?) btw - hope I can see you on thurs.

Happy birthday to Claudia, who's I will miss, and Eve's, who I will miss also. And Carrie's, who I miss. And Professor McGonagall (seriously! 4th october!).

Hope you all have a great time - I'll send you a birthday card! (try too, anyways)

Anyone who wants a postcard ( i really want to send them, this time) leave your address in my cbox, cause I lost my contact list. urgh.

I've got a rant/post coming up, with pics, so be warned! You might see someone you recognise. (from the mirror *facepalm*).
